LinShare is an Open Source secure file sharing application intended to cover your business security and file transfer needs. If confidentiality and traceability are paramount for your business file transfer, the LinShare is your solution and better yet it’s free ! We also offer high quality support services provided by our IT teams to suit your network at best.
File sharing
Collaborate and transfer very big files (more than 100Gb), easily and efficiently, between your co-workers, clients and external partners.

Being a self-hosted application, LinShare enables you to maintain a complete control over your data and ensure the protection and confidentiality of your file exchanges.
Activity logs
In LinShare every actions and user activity is recorded within the platform, enabling you to visualise the event thread that occurred on any file (sharing date, download date ,file deletion…).

This demo reflects the latest developments done on LinShare, it will be reset and updated on regularly basis.
This instance of LinShare is set up with some test users:
- abbey.curry@linshare.org -> Password: secret
- amy.wolsh@linshare.org -> Password: secret
- Other test users are available on GitHub
If you want to share with some external users :
- Use these five email addresses external1@linshare.org to external5@linshare.org.
- External users are just an email address without a LinShare account.
We also provide
- guest1@linshare.org to guest5@linshare.org emails addresses, who are also external accounts but you can use them to create guests.
- NB: You won’t able to send or receive emails if your email address is not @linshare.org.
In order to see emails sent by LinShare, we also put at your disposal a webmail available at https://demo-webmail.linshare.org.
